High Water Safety Bulletin IssuedRegional | by Catherine ThompsonThe Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority issues a high water safety bulletin. With all this rain, the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority has issued a high water safety bulletin. The NVCA warns of elevated flows in all watercourses in the watershed. The conservation authority says water levels could remain high the next few days and fast flowing water and slippery river banks can be dangerous.
