Body Found in SinghamptonSinghampton | by Kevin BernardOPP confirm the body of a missing Collingwood man has been found in a small creek.  The body of a 61 year old Collingwood man who disappeared late last month, has been recovered from a small creek in the village of Singhampton. Huronia West OPP say Eric Austin was reported missing on August 30th. Police were called to a secluded area in Singhampton last Sunday afternoon, where they recovered the man's body. A post mortem was done at the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario in Toronto on Tuesday. The investigation of this death is still ongoing with the assistance of the Collingwood and Huronia West OPP Crime Unit. Police will not be releasing any more information on this death at this time.
