Two people have been taken to the hospital after the Serendipity Princess ran into the dock at the end of Bayfield Street in Barrie.

The extent of their injuries isn't known.

Police say as the boat hit the dock on Sunday afternoon, several passengers were sent into the railings.

Most of them were treated at the scene by emergency crews.

Police along with Transport Canada are investigating the crash.
