Medals For Canada at Paralympics

Canada wins Gold as Josh Cassidy competes in wheelchair race today.

Montreal swimmer Benoit Huot broke his own world record to win gold in the men's 200-metre individual medley. 

Summer Mortimer of Ancaster, got silver in the women's I-M.

 

Former St Mary's High School grad, Josh Cassidy will race in the 5,000 metres this afternoon

Cassidy who has a 9 minute 55.13 second personal best is ranked second in his heat.

 

Karen Van Nest of Wiarton was 6th in the ranking round yesterday in the Women's Individual Compound Open in Archery
