Murder Suspect Knew VictimsBarrie | by Bayshore News Staff22 year old man knew two women who were found dead in hotel, stabbed in the neck. It seems the man accused of two counts of murder in Barrie did know the victims in the case. Police in Barrie aren't saying what relationship there was between 22 year old Mark Dobson and the two women he's accused of killing, 52 year old Helen Dorrington and 32 year old Mary Hepburn. Both women were from Cold Lake Alberta, although Hepburn had recently moved to Barrie. The women's bodies were found in the Travelodge Hotel in Barrie on Wednesday afternoon. Dobson was taken to hospital, and remains there. Autopsies done Thursday show the two women were stabbed in the neck. Two people who were staying on the same floor in the hotel tell the Barrie Examiner, Dobson was naked and covered in blood when they saw him. They also say he seemed "out of it."
