Missing Man Found SafeRegional | by Catherine ThompsonSouthern Georgian Bay OPP report a missing man has been found safe. Southern Georgian Bay OPP report a missing man has been found safe. James Kowalski was found on Honey Harbour Road by a family member around 10 PM on Wednesday. The 21 year old has rejoined his family in Brantford. He had gone missing from the Honey Harbour area on Monday morning and police were concerned because he has medical conditions he needs medication for.
