A Barrie mom will be sentenced in February for an armed bank robbery in 2006. The Toronto Sun reports 44 year old Stacy Campbell's lawyer is asking the judge to send his client to a provincial reformatory because she won't do well in a Federal prison. Campbell has been found guilty of robbing the TD bank on Yonge Street in Barrie at knifepoint. Court has heard the woman ordered four tellers into the bank vault and made them stuff a duffel bag with about 90 thousand dollars. Campbell took off leaving the women in the vault, not knowing they could unlatch the door. The crown argues greed and gambling led Campbell to rob the bank so she could buy her dream home. A judge will sentence Campbell on February 18th.
