Waste Meetings in Simcoe County

After a summer of demonstrations, standoffs and legal battles, Simcoe County is looking for new ideas about what to do with trash.

Public meetings are being held this week to gather input about the future of garbage, now that the Site 41 dump is not going to be built.

Tonight's meeting is in Alliston, at the Nottawasaga Inn.

Tomorrow, it's at the RecPlex in Wasaga Beach.

And Wednesday, in Midland, at the arena.

All of those meetings begin at 7 PM
