The second part of the Collingwood Judicial Inquiry starts on Wednesday (Sept 11).
This part of the process will look into the purchase of town recreation facilities with the money made from the sale of half of Collus, the town's electric utility, to PowerStream back in 2012.
The 14 million dollars from the sale went to building the Centennial Aquatic Centre and the Central Park Arena.
There have been concerns about decisions to do with these structures being made before town council voted on them.
The hearings are held in council chambers at Collingwood town hall. The inquiry resumes on Wednesday at 10 a.m.
