A judge has been named now in the inquiry into Collingwood's sale of half its electricity utility.
The town council voted earlier this year to hold a judicial inquiry after the town couldn't get the information it wanted into how decisions about the sale were made.
Associate Chief Justice Frank Marrocco will lead the questioning, and will be able to subpoena records and documents.
Marrocco has some experience in our area. Last year, he assisted in the situation in Springwater township involving the mayor and council and questions over campaign expenses.
