The Georgian Bay Association for Creative Arts (GBACA) invites you to
“ART for PAWS”
its second annual art-show-fundraiser
in support of the Georgian Triangle Humane Society
at the Georgian Triangle Humane Society Shelter, 549 Tenth Line, Collingwood.
*Each sale from April 13th to April 22nd, will generate a 20% donation to GTHS*
*Please join us… at the opening wine and cheese reception on Friday, April 13th from 5:00 to 7:00 and come to \"Meet The Artists\", Saturday April 21st from 2:00 to 4:00*
The fundraising for this show focuses on our four legged friends, and the art represents them, as well as other subjects interpreted by landscape and portrait painters, glass artists, wood workers, photographers, textile artists, sculptors, jewellers and wood carvers.
The “ART for PAWS” show and sale runs Saturday April 14th and Sunday April 15th, and then from Wednesday April 18th through Sunday April 22nd, from noon to 4, each day.
Georgian Bay Association for Creative Arts is a non profit organization, founded in the 1980’s to promote the arts in the Southern Georgian Bay Area. We support and encourage over 170 artists and artisans by offering educational opportunities in artistic fields, showcasing our members at events such as “ART for PAWS” and “Deck the Walls” and co-organizing the “Collingwood Arts and Music Festival” in August.
